The basics of arranging mobile battery help.
Requests and confirmation
An online request does not reserve an appointment. The service scope, complete quote and visit window must be agreed before dispatch. The quote form prepares a message on your device. You must send it through your messaging or email app. A prepared message, text or email is not a confirmed appointment. For urgent assistance, call rather than relying on an online response.
Pricing and approval
Battery supply and installation are separate parts of the quote. Standard installation labor is $150. Special access, vehicle registration procedures, damaged connections, diagnostic work, travel and applicable fees may change the total. Confirm the complete amount before authorizing work. Additional work requires agreement.
Vehicle fitment and access
Provide accurate vehicle information and a safe, accessible place to work, with any required property permission. Customer-supplied batteries must be suitable for the vehicle. An incompatible or unsafe battery cannot be assumed installable.
Battery and installation coverage
Ask for the specific written warranty terms for the supplied battery and installation. Customer-supplied product warranty is handled through its seller or manufacturer. No universal warranty period is stated on this website.
Hours and availability
Open 24 hours Monday through Saturday; closed Sunday. Hours do not guarantee immediate dispatch, inventory or an arrival time. Confirm the visit window before relying on an appointment.
Service scope
Service concerns automotive starting and auxiliary batteries, subject to compatibility. High-voltage traction battery replacement and towing are not offered through this site. A no-start condition may require a diagnostic check rather than battery replacement.
